By accessing the website https://l3silvertaxi.com.au and booking transport services with L3 Silver Taxi (operating under Syed Mufaquam Ali, ABN: 90 680 415 010), you agree to be bound by the following comprehensive Terms and Conditions.

1. Premium Booking Service L3 Silver Taxi provides pre-booked, premium point-to-point transportation and airport transfers within a 50km radius of Greater Melbourne. We operate an independent network of accredited owner-operators. While we strive to accommodate all requests, all dispatch is subject to fleet availability at the time of your reservation.

2. Transparent Pricing & Payment

  • Fixed Quotes: We operate on a strict, transparent pricing model. The fare quoted to you at the time of your booking is fixed and includes standard routing and applicable tolls. There is no surge pricing.
  • Fare Adjustments: The final price will only differ from your quoted fare if you, the customer, request mid-trip route changes, add extra stops, change the final destination, or cause excessive driver waiting times not accounted for in the original booking.
  • Payment Methods: All our vehicles are equipped with secure in-car EFTPOS terminals. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Cabcharge, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and exact cash. Payment is strictly due upon the completion of your ride, unless prepaid via a corporate account.

3. Cancellations, Modifications, & No-Shows All bookings are subject to our strict [Link to Cancellation Policy]. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge our right to charge a standard $20.00 AUD cancellation fee for changes made within two (2) hours of a scheduled pickup, and you accept liability for the full fare in the event of an uncommunicated passenger No-Show.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide highly accurate pickup details, drop-off locations, and active contact numbers. L3 Silver Taxi is not liable for missed flights or delayed transfers resulting from incorrect booking information.
  • Passenger Conduct: As a premium transport service, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride immediately if a passenger is excessively intoxicated, abusive to our accredited drivers, or causes damage to the vehicle interior. A cleaning fee (up to $150 AUD) will be applied for any vehicle soiling or damage.

5. Limitation of Liability While our drivers utilize real-time traffic and flight tracking to ensure punctuality, L3 Silver Taxi cannot be held legally or financially responsible for missed flights, appointments, or delays caused by extreme weather, sudden road closures, major accidents, or other severe events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

6. Website Usage & Intellectual Property Users agree to use this website solely for the purpose of inquiring about or booking legitimate transportation. Any attempt to scrape data, submit fraudulent bookings, or interfere with our server architecture is strictly prohibited.

7. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in Victorian transport regulations or our operational policies. Continued use of our booking service indicates your acceptance of these updated terms.
