Booking Cancellation & No-Show Policy – L3 Silver Taxi

At L3 Silver Taxi, we pride ourselves on reliability and transparency. Because we operate a boutique, pre-booked fleet, our drivers commit their time and dispatch their vehicles specifically for your reservation.

To ensure fairness for both our customers and our independent owner-operators, we have established the following clear cancellation and no-show guidelines.

1. Free Cancellations (More than 2 Hours Notice) Customers may cancel or modify their pre-booked ride completely free of charge, provided the cancellation request is received at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. If you have prepaid, you will receive a 100% full refund.

2. Late Cancellations (Less than 2 Hours Notice) If a cancellation is made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time, or after the driver has already been dispatched to your location, a Standard Cancellation Fee of $20.00 AUD (or 50% of the quoted fare, whichever is lower) will be charged. This strictly compensates the driver for their lost time and fuel.

3. The “No-Show” Policy A booking is officially classified as a “No-Show” if:

  • Standard Pickups: The passenger is not present at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, and cannot be reached by phone.
  • Airport Pickups: The passenger is not present at the terminal pickup zone within 45 minutes of the flight’s confirmed landing time, and has not contacted the driver.
  • In the event of a No-Show, the customer will be liable for the full quoted fare of the trip.

4. Flight Delays (Airport Transfers) We monitor real-time flight data. If your flight is delayed, we will automatically adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. You will not be penalized for airline delays out of your control.

5. How to Modify or Cancel Your Booking To cancel or change your pickup time, you must contact us directly. Do not assume a booking is cancelled until you receive confirmation from our dispatch.
